Abstract

"There are two main elements of our study: [1] Costs: Understanding the amount that is spent in total and per person on specialist drug and alcohol services for young people in 2008-09. [2] Benefits: Estimating and valuing the benefits of young people’s drug and alcohol treatment – measured as a reduction in the economic and social costs of drug and alcohol misuse." - Page 1.
