Abstract

"The framework is intended to inform employers, employees and training providers (including workforce development managers) both locally and nationally, as well as national standards-setting bodies, as they introduce and foster the skills and competences their workforces need for integrated working. The framework has been informed by employers and national workforce representatives, who are in favour of a national model of integrated working standards." - Page 4.
