Abstract

"The Government has confirmed that it plans to remove the duty on maintained schools to follow the existing ICT Programmes of Study, associated Attainment Targets and statutory assessment arrangements under section 91 of the Education Act 2002. This consultation is conducted under section 96 of the Education Act 2002. The consultation seeks representations on the draft Orders" - front cover (Consultation).
