An error has been discovered in the Key findings document, originally published on 6 September 2012 which affects 
the section 'Key findings'.

Bullet point 4: The second reference to the number of independent learning provider inspections originally read
15 and has been corrected to 14.
Bullet point 8: The number of full inspections undertaken between 1 September 2011 and 30 June 2012 originally read
219 and has been corrected to 227.

These errors have been corrected on 7 September 2012.
