"The primary topic of this practitioner-led research is mentoring. The aim is to gain an insight from the perspective of the young person, into the relationship between the mentor and the mentee as a young person. The study aims to explore the benefits of mentoring for young people and further explore what constitutes an effective mentoring relationship. Some insight into mentoring and integrated working is also intended. Six young people participated in the research. All participants were male and were from different ethnic backgrounds." - Page 3.
