[physical_description]: 57 p. ; 30 cm. Children’s Workforce Development Council (CWDC)’s Practitioner-Led Research projects are small scale research projects carried out by practitioners who deliver and receive services in the children's workforce. The reports are based in a range of settings across the Children’s workforce and could be used to support local workforce development. The reports were completed between September 2006 and February 2010 and apply a very wide range of research methodologies. The reports provide a snapshot of the views and opinions of the groups consulted as part of the studies. Each year, the research teams received different support mechanisms to aid practitioners in carrying out the research. Please note that these projects were time limited, the evidence base can be used to inform planning but should not be generalised across the wider population. These reports reflect the views of the practitioners that undertook the research. The views and opinions of the authors should not be taken as representative of CWDC.
